Malawi, along with Burundi, Zambia and Tanzania are situated in the East Africa Rift Valley - a hot spot for cash crops such as tobacco, cotton, sugar and tea. As with many other coffee producing regions, the optimal soil conditions of this volcanic region make for excellent growing potential.

With colonial incentives, initially coffee was introduced in the late 1800s as a cash crop however today, as the demand for speciality coffee rises, so too do the premiums that farmers could earn when focussing on quality over quantity. We chose this single origin coffee to blend with a solid Mexico base to give you the ultimate raspberry and white chocolate ice cream sundae topped with crumbled up biscoff and dark chocolate sauce.

The bonus ... no brainfreeze, just a super cool brew to power you up for the day ahead. A cocktail of Mexican coffee cherries, cultivated with care and attention see a clean, syrupy body fill your cup. Smallholder producers were asked to summarise their task: “we focus on what we are good at, producing excellent coffee in our traditional ways, through innovative methods which contribute to creating perfect coffee for people who appreciate it” - and boy, do we appreciate it! Gracias amigos!
