With a decade of developing and nourishing this 500 hectare farm, Ismael Hassen Aredo has achieved some of the top quality coffee in the country of Ethiopia.
By planting Acacia and other native tree varieties as shade to coffee crops, Kayon Mountain farm structure and production is carefully managed then using these trees as compost for natural fertiliser. Delicate floral notes and berry juice typical of this region accompanied by creamy sweetness of caramels is sure to deliver morning smiles.
